# Payout Approved

> Webhook event fired when your team completes the last approval step of a payout

> **Event Name:** `payout_approved`

>
> Every approval step is complete, so the payout leaves `PENDING_APPROVAL` and continues to processing.

This event is sent once, when the last step is approved. Intermediate approvals don't send a webhook. From here the payout follows the regular flow, and you receive the regular [payout events](https://doc.raliopay.com/webhooks-events/payout/overview.md) up to `payout_completed` or `payout_failed`.

> [!WARNING]
>
> If you fixed the amount the **recipient** receives, the payout is requoted when it is approved, so `debitedAmount`, `fees` and `fx` can differ from the values at creation. Always reconcile against the amounts in this payload, not the ones from `payout_approval_required`.
