Events related to account creation. These events allow merchants to keep their systems synchronized with the state of accounts in RALIO.

State	Description
WAITING	Account pending approval
ACTIVE	Active and operational account
INACTIVE	Inactive (non-operational) account
DELETED	Deleted (historical purposes only)
